About the role

This position reports to the Director of ML Unit and is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and initiatives within the unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the district's mission and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions within the Management and Leadership Unit
  • Manage and coordinate unit projects and initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide guidance and support to unit staff
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
