Assistant Director - Secondary Multilingual and World Languages

About the role
This position reports to the Director of ML Unit and is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and initiatives within the unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the district's mission and goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative functions within the Management and Leadership Unit
- Manage and coordinate unit projects and initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Provide guidance and support to unit staff
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $146,446 - $173,356 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The final salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
