About the role

As an associate at American Career College, you will play a crucial role in guiding nursing programs towards achieving high NCLEX pass rates and overall program success. You will provide necessary ATI management and oversight, collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement success plans, and support students and graduates until NCLEX is passed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment technologies institute (ATI) management and oversight to ensure each cohort achieves or exceeds ACC's outcomes.
  • Benchmark 90% of each graduating cohort to achieve the green light and the program.
  • Achieve a 90% or better first-time pass rate on the NCLEX each quarter.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to create and evaluate comprehensive success plans, improving ATI initiatives and providing analysis and remediation strategies.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to monitor and enhance ATI effectiveness, ensuring students and graduates are actively engaged and perform satisfactorily on their first NCLEX attempt.
  • Serve as the campus ATI champion to support both existing students and graduates until NCLEX is passed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year's previous experience with program management.
  • Knowledge in technological support and delivery of educational programs and services.
  • Strong management skills and administrative systems management relevant to specialized program areas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of state, federal, and local laws and regulations related to programs, governmental compliance, and accreditation standards such as ABHES, BVNPT, BRN, etc.
  • Experience with ATI products.
  • One to two years of professional testing and/or statistical data experience involving database management.
  • Experience working with nursing programs.
  • Experience with Blackboard Learning Management System.
  • Experience with Campus Vue.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in nursing is required.
  • A registered nurse license is mandatory.
  • You must meet faculty requirements.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in technology and software applications relevant to the field.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the nursing programs and students.
