Core responsibilities

Manage team travel logistics for away games (transportation, lodging, meals)

Support practice and meeting scheduling

Aid in day-to-day administrative needs of the football program

Recruiting Operations

  • Coverage of official and unofficial campus visits (scheduling, logistics, hosting, itineraries)
  • Maintaining the recruiting database and managing prospect communication workflows
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and their families throughout the recruiting process
  • Supporting the development of the NH high school coach relationship network

Camps & Events

  • Handling registration and logistics for Prospect Camp, Youth Camps, Recruit Jr. Days
  • Coordinating staffing and volunteer support for camp days

Requirements

  • Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, minimum of two (2) years of experience working within a college or professional football program, in operations, recruiting, administrative, or operational capacities
  • Required Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of NCAA and conference recruiting rules and compliance requirements, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects, families, and high school coaches, proficiency with recruiting database/CRM software (e.g., Arms, Teamworks), strong attention to detail, particularly with compliance documentation, ability to work effectively under pressure during high-volume recruiting periods, strong attention to detail, particularly with compliance documentation, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the recruiting and competitive calendar
  • Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed for team travel purposes, successful completion of a background check, compliance with all University, CAA, and NCAA policies and regulations, willingness to work a flexible schedule, including irregular hours during peak recruiting and camp seasons.
