About the role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN assists the Director of Nursing as a member of the administrative team of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital when the DON is not available.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
- CPR and ACLS certification required
- LATTC experience preferred, but not necessary
