Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
• Career coordination and management of a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides and social workers to ensure client and patient goals are met
• Manage Medicare Regulations, OASIS standards, and Quality Assurance Process Improvement (QAPI)
• Supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
• Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
• Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effectively manage profitability related to the delivery of quality patient/client care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in South Dakota
• Ability to work in office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home healthcare
• At least 3 years of supervisory and caregiver management experience
• CPR certification
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
• Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
