RegalCare at Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality of care. The ADON plays a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining high clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
- Support compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
- Provide hands-on clinical support as needed
- Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
