M-F schedule with call rotation $10,000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly over a year as long as in good standings
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Manage nursing staff schedules and resources
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
Requirements
- Currently licensed as RN in this state
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Two (2) years’ experience as a RN with 1-year nursing supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Compassionate and skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- Expertise in providing exceptional care
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
