Responsibilities
- Directs, plans, and coordinates education of professional and auxiliary nursing personnel.
- Interprets center policies and regulations to all nursing personnel and ensures compliance.
- Analyzes and evaluates nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care and to better utilize staff time and abilities.
- Assists in hiring, retention, discipline, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Meets deadlines for projects and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Works a flexible schedule, including Nurse-On-Call on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- Valid RN nursing license.
- Valid CPR & IV Certification.
- Clinical leadership experience required.
