Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing activities and staff management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care outcomes
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience
- Experience in healthcare administration or similar field
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
