About the role
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Rehabilitation Center of Hampton. The Rehabilitation Center of Hampton is rapidly growing and we are investing in an Assistant Director of Nursing by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Hampton by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
- Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture within the Nursing Department.
- Aid in setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
- Ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Requirements
- As a minimum, an associate's degree in science, Nursing or related field.
- An unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- C.P.R. Certification.
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a nursing department is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
