Neighbors Health Center in Byron, IL, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
About the role
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $95,000 annually (negotiable).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON).
- Ensure care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the clinical team, develop programs, and provide education to staff.
- Plan and evaluate nursing systems, rotations, and methods with an eye toward improvements.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a nurse.
- ADON experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of regulations preferred.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate, or long-term care facility preferred.
- Compassion, tolerance, and understanding for older adults.
