Responsibilities
- Direct and evaluate nursing personnel
- Guide staffing and scheduling
- Set departmental goals
- Cook up and coordinate admissions and patient care procedures
- Enforce compliance policies
- Manage budgets
- Resolve issues
- Oversee records
- Collaborate across departments
- Report directly to upper management
Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year Skilled Nursing Facility SNF leadership experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
- Proven background in nursing management or administration
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care metrics, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Current CPR certification
