About the role

As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, you will support and manage Nursing Services, supervise the Nursing Department, and assume clinical operations responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents.
• Supervise the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• Assume responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Requirements

• Dedicated and compassionate personality.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Affordability of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Prior experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility/assisted living/memory care setting.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.

Qualifications

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
