About the role
As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | RN, you will support and manage Nursing Services to residents, supervise the Nursing Department, and assume clinical operations responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Responsibilities
- Support and manage Nursing Services to residents
- Supervise the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
- Assume clinical operations responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON)
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which you are practicing
- Affiliate degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
