About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position at Maryville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support and manage Nursing Services.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and residents' needs.
• Partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON) for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and ensuring quality standards of care.
• Maintain quality standards of care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Assume responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.
