About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and organized nursing professional for the key leadership role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This position supports the Director of Nursing and ensures the highest quality of care within our skilled nursing facility at 65 N Sussex St, Dover, NJ 07801.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Support compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role preferred
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
