About the role
We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Grandview Healthcare Center. Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department
- Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals
- Ensure the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field (minimum)
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience (minimum)
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing a nursing department
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
