About the role
Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).
Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee comprehensive nursing care.
- Put into action specialized procedures and programs to boost resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Managers to set and hit goals.
- Maintain compliance with operational policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Actively participate in the nursing home survey process.
- Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs.
- Supervise, educate, and train nursing personnel.
- Develop and organize in-service and training programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership skills.
- Infection Prevention experience preferred.
- Experience in training and educating others is a plus.
