About the role
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel.
- Oversees the infection control program as a designated infection preventionist to comply with Federal and State regulations, and to provide training to nursing staff.
- Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) with management and administrative functions.
Requirements
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of five years’ clinical experience; preferably in a long-term care setting
- Experience with in-service education
- Clinical supervisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Pay
$90,177.00 - $107,425.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
