Assistant Director of Food and Beverage - Signia by Hilton Indianapolis
Responsibilities
Support F&B operational strategy: Assist in overseeing operations of the Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Drive guest satisfaction strategy: Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
Hold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
