Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical personnel
- Optimize workflows
- Manage budgets and resources
- Implement quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health related field or RN with 12 months experience in health care setting
- Associate's degree in health related field or LPN with 36 months experience in health care setting
- Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
- Resourcefulness in problem solving
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Awareness of scope of practice boundaries, comfort seeking direction and assistance from appropriate resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Customer service oriented, friendly, cheerful, and helpful
- Delegating tasks and taking accountability
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
- Positive attitude, agent for change
- Project management skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with co-workers
- Working under pressure, completing tasks
