Assistant Director of Nursing

Lutheran Homes & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, is seeking an ADON to join their Assisted Living community. Located in downtown Fond du Lac, this position offers full-time, day shift work.

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning, organizing, and directing nursing service.
• Control and evaluate nursing service to meet resident needs and maintain quality standards.
• Supervise care and manage shifts.
• Plan and participate in in-service training and orientation programs.
• Cookordination of the care planning program.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
