Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Skills/Experience/Qualifications (maybe combine as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). Probably we should stick to those examples. However "About The Organization" could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Could we treat it as "About the role"? The position summary already covers role. The organization description could be separate but maybe we can incorporate into "About the role" or maybe we can create a section "About the organization" but not in the list; risk of being considered not allowed? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include organization description somewhere. Could put it under a heading "About the organization". That seems reasonable.
We also need to remove application instructions (the "To Apply" link). So we drop that.
