Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Assistant Director of Admission is a key member of the Admission team and Enrollment division. This role will contribute substantially to the achievement of enrollment goals and the strong overall reputation of the university in the community, state and nation. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Southwestern’s Campus Visit Experiences are second to none. Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Assistant Director will lead operational execution, follow-through with strategy, leveraging of assessment data, and continuous improvement of Southwestern’s campus visit programs for prospective students and their families.
