Assistant Director of Admission
About the role
The Assistant Director of Admission is responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring that all applications are processed efficiently and fairly. This includes working closely with the Admissions Committee to evaluate applicants and making recommendations for admission decisions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and reviewing applications from prospective students
- Collaborating with the Admissions Committee to make informed admission decisions
- Managing the admissions workflow to ensure timely processing of applications
- Communicating with applicants regarding their application status
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase enrollment
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to the admissions process
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education admissions or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of college admission policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
