Assistant Director, Lift Maintenance

About the role

Provides safe and efficient operation of the lifts through correct maintenance and repair.

Absolutely ensures that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a good guest experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10 + years of Lift Maintenance experience.
• 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Able to work within and manage operational and capital budgets as they apply to lift construction and maintenance.
• Very good working relationship with the State Tramway Board and a strong understanding of ANSI B77 and ASMT codes that apply to our permanent and temporary amusement rides.
• A strong understanding and working knowledge with OSHA, Company and Department safety practices, and work within these practices on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate the ability the work within Mammoth's mission, vision and values system.
• Help grow, lead and drive our business forward using the Alterra Competency Model.
• Be able to work with all outside departments in a positive, friendly and professional manner.
• Show a strong desire to bring the Department to the next level of overall performance.
• Generate, plan and approve work orders in MaintainX.
• Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
