Assistant Director of Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain all aspects of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations
• Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure the maintenance of our facilities' equipment, machinery, and tools
• Perform general maintenance work as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance in a nursing home required
• SNF experience with AHCA regulations
• Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
