OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about Miami Business School and role. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. No filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: current employees note, tip sheet, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (the note about current employees). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve substantive info: description of school, role purpose, core job functions, core qualifications, department addendum (specific functions, qualifications). Also maybe mention full-time status, employee type staff. We need to decide sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (core job functions + department specific functions), Requirements (education, experience, certification), Qualifications (maybe combine with requirements? but we can separate: Requirements = education/experience, Qualifications = knowledge/skills/attitudes, Skills = maybe specific skills like Slate, Microsoft, data analysis, second language, travel, etc. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: only include if stated. The posting mentions "Job Status: Full time Employee Type: Staff". That's schedule? It says full-time. Could include Schedule section with "Full-time". Benefits not mentioned. Pay not mentioned. So we include Schedule only. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each duty as

  • . Might be long but okay. We need to avoid duplication: core job functions list and department specific functions list. We'll combine under Responsibilities maybe two sublists? We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine qualifications into sections: Requirements (education, experience, certification) and Qualifications (knowledge, skills, attitudes). Skills maybe separate: specific technical skills (Slate, Microsoft, data analysis, etc.) but we can include under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: Use headings for Skills as well. We'll create Skills section for specific technical abilities: Experience with Slate, Microsoft Office suite, database reporting, data analysis, etc. Also maybe second language. But we must not create thin sections. We'll see if we have enough content for Skills. We have: Experience with Slate is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher (preferred). Experience working with databases and data analysis is required. Ability to run database reports without supervision. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. Those could be Skills. We'll also include maybe "Ability to work independently, analyze and make sound decisions" etc under Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't repeat same info across sections. Let's structure:
