Assistant Cross Country

About the role

The position involves coaching cross country boys tennis at Fairview High School. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sports and a passion for working with young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for cross country and tennis teams
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Attend meetings with other coaches and school administrators
• Mentor student athletes and provide guidance on personal and academic development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field
• Experience coaching cross country and tennis at the high school level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
