The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, and managing project teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design process for complex projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and vision
- Manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Develop design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, urban planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
