Assistant Community Manager - Westgate Landing Apartments

About the role

As our Assistant Community Manager, you will be the visionary behind creating an extraordinary resident experience that captures and delights. You’ll act as the right hand to the Community Manager, providing leadership and support to the office, service, and concierge teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing and renewal process, engaging with prospective and existing residents.
• Stay informed about market conditions, competitor pricing, and new developments.
• Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, renewal processes, and ensure accurate lease documentation.
• Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits.
• Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in multifamily or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Yardi or other multifamily software.
• Property management designation (NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS) is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
