About the role

The Assistant Community Manager provides management support to the affordable PBS8 community. The role involves mentoring and growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with Monroe policy and procedures
  • Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists
  • Responsible for rent collection and preparing lease enforcement notices
  • Aid in ordering supplies, processing invoices, and tracking maintenance schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year as a leasing or administrative assistant
  • Working knowledge of Onsite or Yardi Software
  • English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
  • Pass a full background check

Qualifications

  • Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections
  • Experience with resident-occupied project renovations
