About the role
The Assistant Community Manager provides management support to the affordable PBS8 community. The role involves mentoring and growth opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
- Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with Monroe policy and procedures
- Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists
- Responsible for rent collection and preparing lease enforcement notices
- Aid in ordering supplies, processing invoices, and tracking maintenance schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a College Degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year as a leasing or administrative assistant
- Working knowledge of Onsite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- Pass a full background check
Qualifications
- Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections
- Experience with resident-occupied project renovations

- Marketing savvy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
