If you’re new to Yardi, it’s learnable, but accuracy in the system is critical.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to oversee leasing, financial management, and resident relations.
• Support leasing team performance and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct and interpret market surveys to inform pricing and occupancy recommendations.
• Manage rent collection, track delinquencies, and assist with eviction processes when necessary.
• Maintain accurate lease files, rent rolls, and resident records.
• Monitor make-ready schedules and renewal pipelines.
• Stay current on competitor activity and local market conditions.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Weekend availability is required as part of a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Two years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with social media.
