About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, energetic, and dependable Assistant Community Manager to support our growing portfolio. This role is vital to the success of our properties, and the ideal candidate is a self-starting go-getter who is well-organized, quick to learn, and takes pride in their work. You should also have an engaging personality for interacting with current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Light administration
- Leasing units
- Resident relations
- Property upkeep
- Light maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain positive resident relations
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
- Proven work experience in multifamily management
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
