Support the Community Manager with daily operations of the assigned community, including marketing, administration, leasing, property maintenance and security, record keeping, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- 2+ years of low-income housing Tax Credit compliance experience
- Maintain highest occupancy possible
- Walk apartments once resident turns in notice
- Prepare for move-ins, renovations, and turns in a timely manner
- Monitor advertising sources (e.g., internet, print ads, locator services)
Administration
- Maintain regular office hours
- Handle resident concerns/problems
- Enforce lease agreements, as well as house/community policies
- Prepare/process all documents related to rent
- Document all changes in the resident file
- Monitor and supervise contracted services and vendors
- Keep Outlook open, respond to emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide leasing assistance per property needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in property management
- Tax credit knowledge
- Ability to problem-solve with staff and residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
