Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Division I or National Team playing or coaching experience
- OR demonstrated success in high-level age group club coaching
Qualifications
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Ability to use technology for player development and statistical and video analysis
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cooperation and collegiality with the Athletic Department, Stanford Campus, and Water Polo communities

Benefits
The expected pay range for this position is $70,250- $72,500/annum.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire.
