Assistant Coach - Women's Lacrosse (full-time)
Located along the stunning shoreline of New London, CT, Connecticut College Athletics is seeking a driven, energetic Assistant Coach to join our dynamic department. As a member of the prestigious New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), Conn supports 28 varsity programs dedicated to athletic excellence and holistic student-athlete development.
About the role
This position offers hands-on experience in recruiting, player development, and program management under direct head coach mentorship—providing the ideal platform to build your professional network, hone your craft, and make an immediate impact on and off the field. The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse in all sport-related duties and reports to the Director of Athletics and Chair of Physical Education/Associate Athletic Director for administrative responsibilities. This role is responsible for supporting the women’s lacrosse program in alignment with College, departmental, NESCAC conference, and NCAA Division III standards and policies.
