Assistant Coach, Track & Field Men's & Women's Track & Field/Cross Country

Salary Grade: Grade 22. Expected hiring range: $45,000 – $55,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.

About the Role

Assist the head coach of track & field and cross country as assigned, responsible for helping to coach the athletes and operate a successful program to provide the athletes with a first-class experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required.
• One to three years of sprints and hurdles coaching experience.
• Hurdles coaching experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, Patriot League, and University rules and regulations.

Schedule

Full-time, regular position.
