Assistant Coach, Men's Rowing, Men's Crew

Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.

About the role

Assist the Head Men’s Rowing Coach in all aspects of running a successful Division 1 Rowing program.

Responsibilities

• On-water and land coaching
• Recruiting
• Coordinating team travel and official visit travel
• Equipment and apparel procurement
• Mentoring student-athletes
• Providing a first-class experience for student-athletes

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. required
• One to three years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, conference, and University rules and regulations
• Organizational and communication skills

Telemetry knowledge is a plus.
