Assistant Coach

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• Completion of NFHS Concussion Course
• Completion of NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
• Completion of NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
• Head coaching positions require additional NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course completion
• At least one year of coaching experience
• Pass a background investigation
• Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and willingness to examine new theories and procedures

Performance Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Fundraising
• Running camps and clinics
• Compliance with all AIA Bylaws
