About the role
The Assistant Coach position is available for Boys Lacrosse at Boulder High School. The successful candidate will support the head coach in all aspects of the program.
Responsibilities
- Assist in game planning and strategy development
- Work with players to improve skills and techniques
- Manage team travel and logistics
- Participate in team meetings and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Experience coaching high school lacrosse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Knowledge of lacrosse rules and regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
