About the role

Lead & mentor a stellar team of school-based clinicians. Develop & oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks. Train & support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans. Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.

Requirements

  • Master’s (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
  • BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome).
  • 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
  • Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field.
