As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
  • Provide neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Participate in co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs
  • Collaborate in Behavior Treatment Committee sessions

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • 3 years of Clinical Experience
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay

Up to $100,000 per year + quarterly bonus
