Assistant Clinical Director - (BCBA)

Responsibilities
- Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
- Provide neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Participate in co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs
- Collaborate in Behavior Treatment Committee sessions
Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- 3 years of Clinical Experience
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay
Up to $100,000 per year + quarterly bonus
