Responsibilities
- Design individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self‑advocacy.
- Implement neuroaffirming, assent‑based and trauma‑informed, ethical care practices.
- Participate in mentorship, ongoing training, and covered continuing education opportunities.
- Engage in co‑treat sessions with dually certified SLP‑BCBAs.
- Collaborate in Behavior Treatment Committee sessions.
- Support and oversee the Strong RBT training program.
- Utilize centers designed for naturalistic teaching.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
- 3 years of Clinical Experience.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Pay
Up to $100,000 per year + quarterly bonus.
