As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success!

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care
• Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, quarterly bonus program, flexible schedules, co-treat sessions, behavior treatment committee collaboration sessions, strong RBT training program, and centers designed for naturalistic teaching

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

Qualifications

• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
