Assistant Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Training, motivational development, and review of all engineering staff.
• Repairs and Routine Maintenance of all operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, annual certifications/licenses.
• Provide great communication to Chief Engineer and General Manager, Concord and ownership on concern areas.

Qualifications

• Expertise in property engineering, leadership, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage and motivate engineering staff.
• Experience with inventory management and department budgeting.
• Knowledge of safety controls and annual certifications/licenses.
• Strong communication skills.
