Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate day-to-day campus activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Support faculty and administration in achieving teaching excellence and student success objectives.
- Oversee academic schedules, clinical site coordination, and other academic affairs.
- Provide proactive support for student engagement, progress, and retention.
- Monitor and track student attendance, grades, and overall academic performance.
- Collaborate with faculty to implement early interventions for at-risk students.
- Advise students on course scheduling, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide ongoing academic guidance.
- Coordinate student counseling for drops, terminations, or repeats, while identifying opportunities for re-enrollment.
- Facilitate the student clearing process in partnership with the financial aid team.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and standards.
- Support enrollment management reporting and track within-term drops to achieve retention goals.
- Follow up with students on attendance issues and document resolutions.
- Act as a key leader in campus operations, supporting the Campus Administrator in strategic initiatives.
- Affiliate with students, faculty, and staff to foster a collaborative and supportive campus environment.
- Provide additional support for operational activities and special projects as needed.
