About the role

This position assumes responsibility for efficient and effective operations of the Warminster QNB Bank branch and performs various administrative duties in support of the branch banking function.

Responsibilities

  • Implements, models, and coaches Q2 Service and Sales programs to achieve goals and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Ensures adherence to prescribed schedules, operating policies, and procedures.
  • Oversees daily office settlement and performs related duties as necessary.
  • Builds customer relationships while representing QNB professionally, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service through consultative selling and cross-selling.
  • Opens, closes, and services all types of deposit products, including consumer loans, at various branch locations.
  • Resolves customer problems efficiently and positively.
  • Manages branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Opens and closes the branch as needed.
  • Makes recommendations for performance evaluations of FSR and/or FSR II staff.
  • Supports the community through involvement in local volunteer or charitable organizations.
  • Presents at training workshops and Q2 Service and Sales meetings as required.
  • Completes assigned compliance training in a timely manner and applies it to duties, including supervision of other employees.
  • Adheres to government regulations, QNB policy, and security procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Performs additional job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience within a financial organization.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the role, including strong product knowledge and ability to champion Q2 Service and Sales referrals.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30-pound coin bags.
  • Communication skills that model QNB’s sales efforts, including identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Successful completion of any two PBA courses as recommended by the Branch Manager, including Fundamentals of Banking and Consumer Lending.
  • Annual re-certification of Universal Banker checklist requirements.
  • Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations; ongoing employment contingent upon meeting requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

Desirable Skills

  • Complete familiarity with QNB’s FSR, platform, and consumer loan application policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of QNB’s service and sales systems and products.

Schedule

This position requires availability during all branch operating hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
