Assistant Branch Manager - Tabernacle

About the role

The Assistant Branch Manager reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for the overall management of an assigned financial office. The role focuses on achieving maximum sales results, coaching and supervising the team, and maintaining internal controls and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned branch’s daily operations and overall performance.
• Achieve maximum sales results for the office.
• Coach, supervise, and mentor team members to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure internal controls, audit compliance, and dual‑control policies are properly implemented.
• Oversee both in‑house and outsourced operations.
• Train staff on retail sales office technology, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of retail sales office operations, technology, and procedures.
• Experience managing in‑house and outsourced operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to mentor employees for professional growth and goal achievement.
• Good credit history.
