Responsibilities

• The Assistant Branch Manager collaborates with the Branch Manager in overseeing the entire operations of a branch ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives while demonstrating effective leadership.
• Assist with the creation of the branch strategy to ensure the branch grows in deposits through business development activities.
• Cultivate relationships with FourLeaf business partners and within the community to support new branch growth and create awareness of the FourLeaf brand by building member relationships utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to continuously utilize a consultative sales approach to build member relationships, identify sales opportunities and make referrals to business partners as necessary to grow the expansion market.
• The goal is to grow a minimum of $15MM in deposits.
• Provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships, offering solutions for member needs, and resolving issues effectively.
• Effectively communicate with members to discover financial needs, tailor products and services recommendations.
